Is this the correct answer? In Help it says “Paste the tag right after the head tag on each page of your site.” https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
This is the right answer. Might be this is a bug, but this is the right answer.
I just took an assessment in the beginning analytics course today, and this is what they had as the correct answer to this question: Immediately after the opening tag of your website
